looking awsome, keep going! how do you do that SSS shader? i see it mentioned all the time, but I am lost...

crypticghost: thanks for the kind words... sub surface scattering is not available in Zbrush as of yet. This was done using Renderman in Maya. The physics behind it is instead of merely lighting the poly-object in your scene you want to let the object absorb and emit light back. Skin is made of many layers... and the only way to get that translucence quality is through sss shading. The downside is you will need a fast comp to render scenes using this technique because it eats ram. I upgraded my video card to the Radeon x700 pro and that has helped alot. There are a ton of settings to tweak when you get into these shaders so don't expect fast results. This render took two days of testing and I'm still not satisfied. Hope that made some sense.
