Young Einstein was a rake, a clown, and a rebel, and not a very good mathematician, who wound up in the Swiss patent office, and at one time tried to make money inventing a new type of refrigerator. Later he became an icon, at the very time (Unified Field Theory) his work was most unsuccessful. He knew next to nothing about the potential for making an Atomic Bomb. At Princeton he had the great pleasure of walking to work with another true genius, Kurt Goedel, whom the public (including Bertrand Russell, whose logicism Goedel's mimeographed paper destroyed) knew very little about. Goedel wore a heavy overcoat even in high summer and was happily married to a cocktail waitress. Feynman spent most of his off time in bars and played the bongos....Did any of them have spiked hair? What difference would it make?

Great capture!! One can only imagine the lofty convolutions winding through such a mind.

Even now, we see his hair... reaching... reaching... for those elusive thoughts and inspirational ideas that come to those with only the clearest of minds. However, try as they might, those hairs grasp and find nothing, and the poor boy's brain melts back into its murky, robotic existence...

The funny thing about today's punks (assuming this is a recent photo) is, by precisely imitating the fashions of 30 years ago, they end up being some of the most "conservative" blokes around.....

Some have their brains on the outside, and radiate all the brainpower to anyone wireless connected to him! :)

Its a well known fact that hair attracts inspirat-ions particals. Messy hair is good, but spiked hair would be fantastic.

He posed for you John! Coool! Love the red in his hair! Used to do this myself when I was younger, but mine was dyed jet black. Awesome!

Love the way you balanced the colors. His expression is the very definition of "street candid."
