Hello all! WEll, i took off a week here and missed posting so my break was no fun . This is my fun here. LOL uhm cant help it =I love this place!! This picture came as a suprise . We took my cocker spaniel Candi out for a walk a few days ago brough along bags of old bread to feed the birds. (I go to this lake side place often but on the oppisite side of the lake). I took the wrong turn from my normal place I go to in Bridgeport and followed a car thru an enterance to a gated community and we ended up here just as the sun had set. SO this was a hidden place I hadn't yet seen and felt lucky to discover it!! This shot was taken in Valencia California not far from where I live. Candi is a natural hunting dog and wanted to go after every bird in the lake. SO the kids were restraining from duving in and gettting a duck her as I shot this picture here ! I didnt realise that the spaniel in her was so strong! she points and everything seems to have a natural pull to going after the ducks and other birds- she dosn't even seem to mind the swimming part. SHe is a bigger hunting dog in her head I think LOL. That building you see is actually like a clubhouse for residents. I liked the warm breeze that came that night . IT has been in the high 70s here and feels like spring now!... The kids are wearing shorts and short skirts to school again! Wow, like a scene out of a Jack London novel. I can about see the judge and Buck out on the verandah. The tree in the foreground really completes this shot. A beautiful capture, full of atmosphere! My Vote

That is really beautiful. Great find and excellent shot. Not sure where exactly valencia is, but I think I have been there and never saw anything like this. Super image. Excellent tones, sharpness and textures. HUGSSSSS
