Description
The underwater world games are under way. As you can see, even under water games have become commercialized. This Lady has found a parasol dropped overboard from passing luxury liner and found a loop hole in the rules for gulf stream race event to gain an extra advantage over the other racers.
OK, I got into a silly mood today and this is the result. It is not what I
had planned to make but oh well, I did try a new technique.
