Quick response to tallpindo's "challenge", although I'm not really certain what the challenge is. I took a late lunch so I though I would do a little test and have some fun downloaded Dodge file from http://gunpoint-3d.com/downloads.php?id=dwc51 imported into Carraa with 30 degree smoothing. spent about 20 minutes messing around with the model and textures. spent a few more minutes working with the lighting. did final rendering while eating lunch opened in Photoshop, tweaked levels and saturation for an "old photo" look upload to Renderosity. exactly one hour from downloading model to uploading image.
