Description

The last Bryce image I worked on. It took two weeks plus to render...probably because it's made up of a ton of meatballs with reflective/transparent textures. :)

An interesting image and yes - the both options "reflectivity" and "transparency" on one place could slow the hell out of the pc but... two weeks? What kind of CPU are working with? That's a hell lot of a time. My post here "The Stone of Immortality" took me 4 days an 18 hours. And I though my case was an eternity...

Eugene_Richter, actually, it's a new PC. :P My first render did take around 3 or 4 days...however, I had a bunch of odd "artifacts" in the image I could only get rid of by upping AA and TRI. It fixed the problem, but drug out the render time. Oh well... :)
