Thank's for your suggestions "odf" and "Erik0815Erik". I reworked the lips and added ears as well. I'll keep the mirror object until the body is done. Don't worry I'll post more pictures. Suggestions are still welcome.

Coming along great. The lips look much better now, and I dig the ears. Here are a few details I've recently learned: the inner ridge of the ear (don't know what it's called in Educated) should end in a "Y" shape at the top. Also, the lower lip should curl in under the upper lip und the upper lid goes slightly over the lower lid at the outer eye corner. These are tiny details, but would make her look much more organic. The nose - in particular the nostrils - looks a little stylized as well, although the shape is very good. I hope you don't mind these suggestion. I really like your model and of course it all depends on what you're going for.
