Description

Foggy morning rally. The drivers hated the fog but it made great pictures ;-) This one took ages, the car was modeled in Wings 3D, textured and rendered in Vue 4, and the background is a photo from about october '05, all blended together in Photoshop (also motion blur and headlight beams were made in Photoshop. Hope you like it! < >

Nicely done. I would've pushed the post-work a bit more to tweak/enhance things myself.. E.g due to the fog in the render scene the should-be-dark rear tire is brighter (near the bottom.. flat/treads part in particular) than the shadowed ground beneath it. Would also have added bit more soft shadow all around/underneath the car (esp under the front hood), and maybe added a bit more motion-blur 'n glare etc to have the whole car match the photo scene and "sit" on the ground there a bit better. But.. I'm just nit-picking now :] Great job over-all thumbs up

Your right, I had a couple of technical problems while working on this and had to redo some bits so I got fed-up with it and called it done but now you mention it I see it could use a bit more work, I'll upload an uptated version in a few minutes...
