Cindyx is right, very cool mood ^^ Maybe the water would be more integrated to the image if you tried a sharpen filter on it, or another filter... Also, in my opinion the grainy effect is a bit too hard on the rest of the image.

I like the grainy effect myself, mostly why I like the picture so much. It gives the picture a nice mood and painting like effect.
