If this is a pure terragen render, it's really amazing and very well done ! Can I suggest a little postwork to erase these strange lines on the dark side of the moon ?

Very cool! I have done a few of these, but this one is really nice! Try using a circle marquee in PS that is a few pix smaller and invert-select and delete the background, will give you a nice smooth edge

)
