Description

Hello all, Still heavy on my heart is the news that our dear Captian Parsa has passed and in heaven now. He was a dear man and a talented sculpturer, guitar player , and photographer . He loved his bike rides. He was always on another adventure. SO much creativity so much zest for life .His last bikeride took him to heaven. Just wanting / needing to say farewell. He sculptped me , Cynlee , Blush Tedz and Dtp. I never asked him to sculpt me . He just did it (back them from a few not clear smudge painting selfportraits I had done was his only referance) and the likeness was unbelievable and midblowing to me. So much talent. He told me that the sculpture of me sits proudly in his Mom's garden and makes music when the windblows as a windchime is in it and that it sings. How did he know that I love to sing? I never even told him that !. He seemed to have an awareness and profound sence of things . I was deeply touched by him and his love for life. He was a dear friend and I will miss him as I know many others will on this site. The first image I saw of his was a man by the sea . SO with that in mind yesterday I drove out to Ventura beach and reflected. It rained as I cried. It finally cleared and I took this shot as i walked up to the shoreline this spectacular peach light broke through the clouds. The waves seemed to be bowing down to his memory as I thought of him . And how life is so short. He lived it to the fullest that is for sure!! All my love and prayers go out to Parsa's family. Parsa this one is for you up in heaven. ------------------------------------------ To view his webpage and work ; http://www.renderosity.com/homepage.ez?Who=captainparsa ------------------------------------------ All my love, (((hugs))) Kimarie ~ ♥

A great friend indeed. I very much admired him on his bikes and hikes as well as his art and out look towards life. He's been up mountains incredibly over 18,000 ft. He was a thrill seeker that just enjoyed what he did best. My prayers and thoughts to him and his family. Thanks Kimmers for this Tribute to Parsa. Aloha....Errol

Well I'm back, thank you for the link to Parsa's fantastic gallery! I have never had the pleasure of knowing him, but after seeing his artwork and photos I feel like I know him now too. My favorite of his work is his Valentine made all out of ball barrings(?) It is just the sweetest thing I have ever seen! He was a very special person and I feel so sad about what happened to him. This is such a lovely ocean scene Kimarie! It is perfect and thank you for sharing him with us. I will be praying for his Family.
