Description
a dressing room in a small theatre. nobody there yet, only one light is still on, somebody forgot to switch it off. everything is quiet but later there will be people getting ready for the play. there will be nerves and tension. someone will sit in the chair and look in the mirror to change character and thinking about the performance, the audience and maybe about personal matters. just for a few hours it will be busy in the theatre and then everything will be quiet again.

Your description and your image make a perfect visual scene, almost like a play within a play. The movement in and out of the dressing room, the hustle and tense calling out, the trail to the stage. Then, I can see the weary characters return. Wonderful image Koosie. It holds all you wanted it to hold for the viewer. Excellent work.

A vert poietic work of art here... I see the backstage room where dancers might ready themselves before preforming a beautiful ballet or modern jazz dance. I see them in their danceskins moving about applying makeup and such talking, sitting alone in meditation and all the other things one my see going on before a preformance. Beautiful work of art please think of building this one into a series based on your comments.

This is such a great idea for the reflection theme Koosie, even without your words it's composed & realised ina way that creates a striking sense of anticipation, it has a lovely sense of stillness & calm yet conveys a strong impression of all that is about to happen!
