Description

Contradiction: "Broadly speaking, a contradiction is an incompatibility between two or more statements, ideas, or actions. One must, it seems, reject at least one of the ideas outright." (Wikipedia). This "bittersweet" fae is called Contradiction. She is darkness and yet she attracts light; they say opposites attract! They also say "never judge a book by it's cover". She embraces both the shadow and the light (and in so doing has acquired 'balanced harmony (Jung). On the continuum of life we must all find balance between our strengths and our weaknesses. (Watch out though, she might "contradict you"! Thank you for commenting in my gallery, I really appreciate it. It also makes me discover some artists that I would otherwise miss among all the submissions to the gallery. I really like this one, mostly the softness and light that do come out from the contrast. She has a lovely, soft face and great hair. Among my favourites in your gallery, are Vent du Nord and Upon Some Distant Shore that are truly amazing. :)

Ohhh... i love contradiction!!! And in more than one way now!! LOL! Dark and delicious, i like a lot her pose - to me she looks a bit shy and a bit of a plotter!! :D And that cool hairstyle covering her cold stare is just a topper!!!
