Description

I produced this to cheer up a dreary day and then decided to do a tutorial on frames as well that I had downloaded some time ago. The frame is made with the sinedots plug in for psp. I hope it makes you smile.

Im grinning from ear to ear! LOL This is a cute pic so colorful and I do like the framework you have done.
