The following poem is dedicated to Marshall. Hugs my friend and chin up.

The will to survive.
Have you ever
been shoved around
Knocked right down,
held to the ground?
Did you ever
want to be
In that low place
for all to see?
Or would you rather
be standing strong
Head up tall,
when all is wrong
Knowing that
you can survive
Where hope and faith
and love abide
To get to know
and like ones self
Is the way
to clean, sane health
For another
to love you true
You must try love
the real you.
So take that first
Step to health
Start your path
of real wealth
Find the best
person you can be
Share with others
the inner
