Well, over here if someone leaves their bags in a chair, it means they've 'saved it', so I guess it's occupied to me :D A pretty sneaky someone that was, saving the most comfortable seats :D A cool life shot.

Here if you leave your shopping on a seat it means you will have to do your shopping again! Seriously though, I find people watching quite interesting, just sitting or whatever watching the daily comings and goings, can be at time quite amusing. Like you Richard I find it quite interesting how different people and nationalities/cultures perceive your images, well spotted btw. The diverse community this is, with many languages (that I only speak one of) but an image only has one language with many translations/perceptions.

Oh my, those bags would've already been gone by now if it was here. Too many kids and young 'thugs' hang out at our malls. Kind of annoys me when they do. I hope they got back in time.

Hehehe. I know what you all mean about having to redo the shopping if you leave bags lying around. The bags get stolen here even if you are sitting right next to them. This is a super pic Richard. I would be sitting at a table people-watching and using them as characters in my short stories...

This reminds me of the saying, "The hurrier I go, the behinder I get." People do move too fast, but it is fun to stop and watch them scurry about. :o) Wonderful capture!

Super compo and colors here. The contrast of the figures in motion and those "still" really adds interest to the photo.
