Description

I remember when I was a kid, the first time I saw anything about grottos on T V. I was fascinated by the fact that there were caves along the shore in some places. They seemed like magickal places. I hope you will enjoy my attempt to create a magickal one of my own! Apophysis 2.03c Postwork: PSPX/Flaming Pear/Flood Filter PhotoFiltre/ Border/Name EasyThumb

I did something similar in Bryce a few years ago, with a boat & people in it. I love the colors in this one. :o) This is great.

Cool grotto Leann, I just love them too, I climbed to one last year and you had to climb above a blowhole to get to it, what a gush of air when a wave came! A 40,000 year old skeleton had been found in there years ago, and was known as the red lady because she had been covered in red oxide at death..(representing blood)(back to the womb)! :)

Gruesomely beautiful, grottoes are like that. They entice and scare at the same time. I agree it needs a boat, a slow moving boat, one to torture the imagination. Cliff
