Description

Created with Ultrafractal. A 3D view of the Julibrot for z^2+c using a different method of deciding when the fractal is solid. MMF.UFM will be updated shortly when I've finished adding to the "Solid 3D" formulas.

Hi - thanks all, I think in future uploads of animated gifs I'll stick to a 25 frame loop instead of 100 - that way I can get larger areas less than 512 Kb. The original for this was actually rendered at 640*480 and looks amazing (the small gif version is also reduced to just 31 colours) - it'd be nice if Renderosity started a section for AVI files :-)
