Description

This is a picture that I took one summer after a big storm went through our small little town. This tree on top of our trailer was just one of the many trees down on our property. My son is standing there staring at it trying to figure out just where to start cutting with the chainsaw to get the tree off of our trailer, which really wasn't easy. Luckily there was no damage to our place but a couple of cracked windows and a damaged screen door. And yes, those are christmas lights still on my deck. However, they really make it look cool during cook outs and hotdog roasts with family and friends which we have alot of. Thanks for looking. I also wanted to take the time to thank everyone who views my photos and leave such nice comments. I truely appreciate all of you. Thanks so much. Huggles

Ha Haaaa! Great shot! Glad nothing was seriously damaged, but the storm made for this neat picture anyway. And oh yes, we have x-mas lights all over the place too. Good capture!

I'm guilty of having x-mas lights up year round on the overhang of my front porch. lol. After hurricanes Katrina and Rita paid my area a visit (thank gawd I live 50+ miles from New Orleans so we only got a lot of wind and rain) .. we had quite the mess of tree limbs and leaves to deal with. I know how he feels .. Great job capturing his contimplation of where to begin.

My wreath is still up! And we have our roasting parties, they go back up! Haha! It's festive and cheap, who cares! You're son does look pretty lost. They tend to get that way when there's a big job ahead of them! lol!
