Description

Practically unstoppable after being wounded and a ferocious killing machine once the roles of hunter and quarry are reversed. Many an African hunter's lonely grave bearing testimony to this. and yet... It's an unforgettable haunting sound to sit amidst a heard and listen to how they graze, plucking at the grass, similar to tame domesticated cattle. Calves calling their mothers... THIS, to me, is the true spirit of Africa and hopefully I share a tiny bit with you through this picture! i think you would get more looks on this one if you changed your thumb to what is here ..its an amazing shot what a beautiful water buffalo!!... well captured!
