Description

It's been a while since I last uploaded. I've been having a lot of problems getting this one to look the way I want it to. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated. Forgive me. It's been a while since I downloaded everything and can't remember where the objects came from. I'll try to figure it out. I'm looking from input about lighting, overall design, layout, and why does that one lantern have a reflection on the wall when the rest don't? If there's anything that you think really needs to be changed, please let me know. I really admire artwork that others have created similar to this but I can't seem to get it right. I'm one who won't stop until I either love it, or really hate it.

Great work so far. Try double checking that all your lights are set the same way. There are some unusual shadows going on, but the color and textures are fine. The overall composition is great too.

Thank you Sixaxis. I've double checked the lights but it's just strange. I think I'll rework the lighting and see if maybe it has something to do with the fixtures. Even the lights on the back wall appear to be a different color than the foreground one but they are actually the same.

Try setting your lights to ranged instead of linear. One it will give it a better atmosphere and it just might get rid of that odd reflection. However you may need to turn up the intensity of the light after setting it to ranged (you probably already now that). Well over all this is a great image. I love that rock work on the path leading to the door. Great job!
