Hi everyone! First, I'd like to pass on to those that don't already know.. That George (Coolcatcom) is back home from surgery and doing well. Get feeling good again ol man.. I know it's not going to be easy but hang tough. I wanted to make a little something for him and here it is... It was inspired from watching 'Species' this morning and realizing that no self-respecting alien would be caught dead in a backwards place like earth. Wish I had a choice...lol. Case in point (True story): Our government spent a bunch of your money to comply with the Freon issue in refrigeration units. It was required by federal law. So they had to change the electronics cooling systems to non-freon in all of our atomic bombs! Doesn't that strike anyone as beyond stupid? Worried about a little freon in an **** Atomic Bomb **** Atomic fallout and desolation for many decades.. but protect the atmosphere? This is just one of many of my personal pet peeves related to human stupidity! Right up there with Car-pool lanes, Braille Public Phone keypads and RoHS. What is RoHS? Check it out.. I'm no expert, but this will cost us a fortune and affect every person in virtually every major country. It will reduce the reliability of most electronic devices (TV,Cell-phones,Computers etc.) and vastly increase the prices. Remember the "Just say No!" zero tolerance drug attitude.. worked real well.. didn't it? Well RoHS is the Green version related to Lead! (Just say No! And enforce it!) (My last 6 months of design work and 10 years of software just got voided.. thanks RoHS) So if someone would be so kind and please stop the world.. because.. I want to get off! Love the art work, great images and composition. As far as the commendatory remarks, right there with you, I can't believe what this govement comes up with , one foot forward and two backward. Some how behind every decision they make they have another way of selling us off. lol

Rules,Rules and more Rules.........The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment". This Directive will ban the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants from 1 July 2006. I now believe it to be a certainty that the mentally challenged (notice the politically correct use for the word Crazy) no longer reside in mental institutions but have been transferred to government institutions. Witness to the insanity taking place on a daily basis around us should be enough to convince the most skeptical die-hard that this is fact. The reason that we have not as yet been invaded by an Alien life form is not that they may not exist bit rather that this friggin planet has become so insane that any Alien life form is scared shitless of us. Baby I'm right there with ya!! My favourite saying was on a bumper sticker (which I can't find BTW) "Beam me up Scotty! This Planet sucks!" Besides all the stupidity you mentioned, there is the never ending crisis of people all over the world starving to death, what the hell??? That should have been solved a long time ago IMO!! All these billions going to foreign aid and what?? Nothing! That's what! But let's keep throwing that money at the sh@t you mentioned and war that is going nowhere. Hi dave this is fantastic and agree. george just keep up you sound great dave you got that mans heart going lol he sounds like its pumping away just fine :I know in a way this is off the subject (somewhat)but we have been hooked on the series called "24" along with a lot of people,and the more we watch it the more we realize how incredibly stupid goverment is ,I know its just a movie but?? it is so dam true and reality strikes right out at us ,it blows me away: ok now I will stop rambling lol: wonderful image and artwork and dedication to one we love "our really cool cat !! hugs ))
