I'm a pretty new to Japanese style comics and illustrations, but as soon as i got into it i realised i had finally found my place.

BIOI'm 28, grew up in Brazil but i live is Scotland now. When i was younger studied arts but never got to finish my course... was put off because i thought i had no talent for it.
A couple of years ago i started a drawing course to past the time and when studying life drawing i realised i wanted to draw comics for a living. It's a dream, i know, especially because i want to draw japanese style comics, and outside Japan is hard do make a living out of manga. But i'm studying Japanese, so you never know what will happen ^_^
I'm going back to university this year to study computer animation and digital art.
Even though I'm just a beginner in CGing i'm learning fast, me thinks ^_^ .. soon i will be as good as i want to be, so i can produce really amazing anime illustrations.
Paralelle to my mangaka dreams, i want to be able to work with games, maybe in the artist it side more than the animation side, though animation for games intereste me alot as well.
Everything to do with games, stories, anime, computers and art interest me LOADS.
At the moment i'm working on 2 original comics. One is shounen, basically adventure with a touch of sci-fi, comedy and drama, which is paused at the moment - i need more background skills >
