Description

Today we have the debut of my newest lady, as yet unnamed, as The Guardian of a sacred temple. Do you like her? Should there be a Twi'lek version? Please feel free to suggest a name! This was one of the toughest and most heartbreaking posts I've done, simply because of the compromises I was forced to make in order to get it up here. The original image is a widescreen 2600x1463 image, perfect for all of you with widescreen laptops. Not only did I have to crop out significant portions from the sides, but the image is shrunk to the point where some detail is lost. I tried to find the best tradeoff between retaining the aspect ratio of the original and preserving detail in the central figure. While I still think this posted version holds up well, it's not as good as the original piece. If you'd like to see the original, all you have to do is leave some feedback here. You will then find a link to the original in your IM inbox. Also, a twi'lek version would be great, but you may need to change the background textures (it would be sweet to see you get into photoshop and give those tiled figures some lekku!). On a side note good choice of scene, I love that spa set, haven't had a chance to use it myself yet.

looks a bit windy in there :P but with those swords, I wouldn't say that to her. Nice work. As a Twi'lek? Sure, why not. Might not be a bad idea to do with lightsabers instead of swords, if you do.

The ankle jewelry is nice but I hope it's hinged as it otherwise would press into her arch as she leans into a step. The flying dress straps serve one purp[ose-- they distract from anyone noticing the swords. But if they are drifting that much from the ventilation system, her hair should be more animated. On the other hand, as a Twi'lek Jedi, perhaps the flying dress straps are a manifestation of her Jediness?
