Description

Needed something to keep my important stuff in. Like rubber bands and lint balls. My bits of string and old Q-tips. Those broken shoestrings I've been saving and the bread ties and old receipts and dried up ballpoint pens. Mismatched nuts and bolts, padlocks without keys and keys that don't fit anything. Dead batteries, fingernail clippings, short pencils with hard erasers, empty thread spools and 1280 business cards of people I don't remember. *** Made in AmapiPro. Tony Lynch wood mats. Wall and footstool cloth texture from Lemog. I remember seeing an old photo of a Chinese doctor's office with it's walls lined floor to ceiling with small drawers containing all the different herbs and concoctions they needed. That was my influence here.

Oh, frogdot you have outdone yourself again. A perfect combination of ingenious design, humor that's believable too, and all with that flat frogdot style that lets, no forces, the mind to roam and rove and just barely to disbelieve. I bet Ben Franklin would order one at the drop of a three-cornered hat. A true fave, this one.

Actually, I've got something like that for real. It's a bit smaller--a wall hanging organizer from an old bank. And I use it exactly for that. Always a joy to see what you'll come up with next.

I wish I could place an order for one of those Dave. Super intricate work, and grand eye for details. Awesome modeling! (=
