Description

I really wanted to create a character that looked nothing like M3. Initially he was going to be Mediterranean, but failed to come up with a convincing body mat. The lighting is illuminated by 3 pointlights - all less than 10%. I rarely use spot lights for intimate portraits. The background was a photo I took of some digital clock somewhere . . . i knew it would come in handy! Thanks for looking.

Wow.... Spectacular lighting, thanks for sharing your technique! His expression is excellent; he may be a prisoner, but they haven't broken his spirit. He has a power and defiance in that demeanor. I think he knows something his captors don't.

Man this dude looks so real it's down right scarrry what a work of art! Amazing detailed work on his eyes, so many renders look great but have overly white eyes or no reflection ofr gleam to the eyes. You my friend do not have this problem! Even the stubble on his face looks real Dammit JIM!!!
