The real name is Rune Kringelhede, I was born in Denmark 09 August 1965, where I grew up with 3 older siblings 2 brothers and one sister, in a small country house, my father was a "spare time" painter, who besides his regular job, made abstract paintings ( oil on canvas ) he became rather well known in DK, and some of his paintings hangs in the house of parliament, as well of other official buildings, art museums and galleries. There is no doubt, that I have been inspired by my old man back then, but it was first many years later that I began making 3D and computer graphics ( I usually made hand drawings, pencil on paper when I was younger ) for a short time I worked as a DTP for a local firm, making folders, flyers, posters and so, also worked as a web-developer / designer for some years. my experience with 3D ( Poser, Bryce, Carrara and Shade ) is still rather superficial, but it is my best time spent and I couldn't live without it

Its beautiful and same time very strong and brutal, like the stone look and bumpmaps, picture which brings questions ! I like it a lot !

I love the idea and the execution, but that crease in the belly is really distracting...it doesn't seem to fit into what you're going for. Great work though :)

How creative !!! Excellent work!

I hate those moments where you have been split in half to the point you feel as if you are losing your mind. Don't you? Sometimes, it makes you feel as naked as the day you were born!

I hope I didn't provoke anyone with this picture, the idea behind it was, as heartnsoul indicates, the feeling of being mentally lost, ( blame it on the weather ;)) the square/box around the figure should indicate an almost claustrophobic feeling of being mind trapped, and the head on the floor ?? - well the title says it all - Lost It.. - ThanX for all comments - ill be back with a more delightful style, just had to do this one..

oh please don't come back with something more "delightful", unless it's also similarly unusual. this is emotionally expressive, which is ever so rewarding to find among the glut of big-boobied and store-bought renders. provocation is good, if it provokes thought. this does.
