Hello this is Autumn by Visualgirl thanking you Meli for letting me try her out she is gorgeous.
Also thanking Bez for letting me try out her lovely new backgrounds. Modified here by using brushes.
Thank you everyone for the previous comments on my picture. I probably over decorated this one but guess what I don't care lolol!
Please feel free to leave some on this one and any tips for doing wet hair would be much appreciated :)

LOL !!! Well if you dont care, we dont care. lol. I dont think you over-decorated this one. She is absolutely gorgeous. A very classic beauty. In fact she reminds me of how my mother looked when she was younger. Interesting. I wish she was alive so that I could show this to her. You have done a fantastic job with this image. Love the dolphin. So adorable and they seem to have a great relationship. lol. Every detail is just beautiful. Cant believe you think it is over decorated. NO way !! This is perfect!!!! Wow! Thank you for making such a beautiful image with her. I love all of the colour that you put into your images. I use metacrawler.com when searching the web for stuff. If you go there, you can do a search for photoshop tutorials. There are a ton of them out there. You might find something useful for hair. I love her hair, btw!
