@TwoPynts: I've been lucky enough to witness a fogbow twice -- once in daylight and once at night. Aside from the actual color of the sky, the effect was very much as you see here. The sunlit fogbow was strange enough, but by moonlight it was a really bizzarre sight; I found it amazingly beautiful, and very disorienting. If you do ever witness one, you'll never forget it!
