Description

One of the charicters from an soon to be finished I'm working on. I'd like to make this and one other charicter avilable to the poser community as free models if anyone would convert them to poser format (set up the joint paramaters, create the cr2 etc.) For those who use lightwave, you can already download the models for free at www.cgfocus.com under the downloads section and read a couple useful (I hope) set up tutorials that use them. If anyone is interested in doing the conversion email me.

the surfacing can be better lightwave is capable of better, you just need to know how to treat her... The textures look ok but they look fake because the surface is to even. you need to break up the map with diffuse and even specular grunge maps. and also dirty up the surfaces they look to evenly dirty. Sticking with surfacing the specular highlights on the metal look too fake and sharp for something that looks like cast iron to me. particularly the toe in the foreground or whatever that long toe looking thing is, Apart from that the model is good but it needs to be illuminated better, try a better lighting technique such as backlighting or maybe even using lights like spotlights and area lights. One light just won't do... To get an even better look howabout using radiosity and a skydome. ---Current song playing in winamp (Korn-Falling away from me)---
