Good background image but the subject of the composition requires legs on steps! It seems a bit disjointed. Also the lighting on the model doesn't match with the background and her skin is very shiny. I know it's hard blending models with real photos and, as a result, I try to steer away from it. Try setting the skin lighting model to "skin" rather than plastic or decrease the glossiness. This should give you a more natural look. Also, you could try using the bumpmap feature to get better skin texture. Sorry to be harsh but this shows such promise....

She needs more work. And as Raychel3d said mixing real photos with renders requires extra effort and attention. Try to manipulate it further because really looks interesting.
