Hello guys, the focus here was to make flames effects the best way I could using photoshop.
I'm planning on rendering some summons attacks like those from Final Fantasy, does anyone remember Meteor the one Sephiroth used in FF7, this is the idea I had in mind, but I promise you the 2nd one will be even better than this, this was a test to see if I can make meteors though, so post your comments please.
I really need encouragement from the pros. Thanks... also I'm tired yet again and I gotta work tmrw, ohhhh man.....lol!!! Oh well more $ in my pocket. =0)

Man i do not want to be around when that thing hits! Try improving the texture on the meteor, and a sharper starfield would help. Cool idea!

A cool idea. corleonis's comments are dead on. I'd also try to work on the ground - looks like its a floating out in space, not part of a 'world'

That was part of the idea, there's no world, it's destoryed already this remaining piece is about to get though by another meteor, lol!
