Description
this is a concept where a crew of six asatronauts can do the work in a few months that would take a thousand men years to acomplish.it would make an instant strip mine.that remote robots could analize.the daisy ship is the one with the large solar panels ,it can (when not loaded) be placed into a slow spin creating artificial gravity..this is a place where the astronauts could live inbetween trips .it's a 1 mile long run around the ring here they could ride a bike or jog or have a hell of a paint ball battle.they also could over see the remote rover progress.on the surface.the other ship is the work ship .it used to manuver the rocks against the cable grid that spans the interior of the daisy ship.it has long telscopic arms like the space shuttle.it will connect the cables that will hold the rock inplace.when the ship falls towards the red planet the cables are poped lose at the right timeing witch could be much farther away than what is shown here.and any cables hung up could just be cut automaticaly to ensure safe break-a-way the ship trust back then turns trust and uses the gravity of the planet to sling shot back to the astriod belt where it matches the velocity of the belt and they choose another target.this is an oil on canvas painting i just used PD pro to enhance the image.
