Description

I'm brand new to Vue so I've been doing a lot of playing to find my way around in the program. Here the big image was made using volumetric lighting and the little picture in the left corner was made using GI. I like the lighting in the little one, but it took 2 hours just for the tiny picture to render. I think if I use GI in the future I'll have to do my rendering in the middle of the night! LOL

This is a beginner render? No way! Awesome...I don't have the patience for Vue so I have a lot of admiration for yours.

What a difference though! The small picture looks so much more realistic! Wonderful picture and I agree, it doesn't look like the work of a beginner.

I like the little one too... I Never use volume anything, and just clear out some haze and fog to get clear renders like your little one. :)

Beautifully done!!!! Yup, the rendering time of Vue is sometimes very impatient but please keep it up since it is very good program. And you can find good teachers easily around here as well;) You will be able to manipulate it freely at once, I promise:)Again, beautifully done!

This doesn't look look like a beginners work. And you are definitely right: If you want to use global illumination, you best start your renders when you go to bed: It's getting even worse if you use global radiosity...
