Description

This is yet another starship model I made a while back in Hammapatch. It's name is, as the title indicates, Thor's Hammer. If anyone can suggest a way to fix that texture stretching on the sides, I'd be glad to hear it. I tried every mapping mode, and none of them would come out quite right. Comments and ratings welcome.

Have you tried resizing the Y component in the texture editor? It may help. I think you would need to make it much smaller to avoid the stretching, but I'm not totally sure. I've experienced this same problem and have found some tweeking of the editor (you know the little editor within the editor where you can resize, move and rotate textures) can yield some good results. Also, I like the ship but the cockpit (?) area looks a little wierd suspended over the main body.

Thanks, I'll see about that Y sizing thing, and maybe rework the cockpit look. Thanks again.
