Description

Dear friends and colleagues, I'm very happy You like what You see in my gallery. Since You didn't seem to be bothered by my "floristic excercises" (http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=1171352, http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=1174477 etc) I hopeYou'll forgive me my SINister affection for flowers. Not to be so tedious I dare upload a modified scan from Mamiya RB67 ProII (+250mm APO Sekor). Done under the impact of a very masterfully made movie "Sin City". Of course I shoud have given credits to the great talent of Mr Rodriguez in the "Product Credits", but he isn't a RR member yet... So I only thank him for inspiration. P. S. Not sure what was the right spelling of the flower name (I remember some of our RR friends wrote AmarHyllis, but I keep the spelling of the name given to him in the shop where I bought him ;-) With kindest regards, -Anthony.

Excellent color separation. You definitely captured the mood of "Sin City" (although a few drops of blood would have increased the effect ;)

Gorgeous fusion of reds and b&w. The angle spanning the two corners is very creative. The leaf below relieves the tension between the flowers. Excellent picture!

Your colour treatment made it look almost alien or metallic. Cool capture indeed...
