Description

and again some landscape render. i originally made this image for a small flash animation (800x200 px) but somehow i thought it would be a waste, if i didn't rerender it for another purpose: to share this image with you folks. thanks for comments and viewing. greets, mel/midknight/whaddeva

Would indeed have been a waste not to render and post it! Beautiful landscape!

I love this, and especially the wide angle cause it makes the whole image look even more spectacular. The only (tiny bitsy) crit I have is that the DOF looks a bit unnatural. In the front of the image, you have a part on the left that is in focus, and a part of the right that is too much out of focus. Also the ground seems to be totally out of focus in the back of the image, while the canyon in razor sharp. So I'm curious if you did the blurring in postwork, or used the render engine to accomplish this? Besides all that, it's really an impressive image and I love it a lot. My compliments!
