Like your style a lot, and you create original poses! Just wondering, are you working with a mouse? If not, then I hope you don't think this an insult, but your lines (especially visible in the closeups) are a bit blotchy. I have that same thing when working with a mouse, but I don't know if it's also a pen and tablet issue. Just one more crit (yes I'm a pain!): I don't really like the textures on his pants. There are folds in his pants (judging by the shadows) but the texture don't follow the folds, if you know what I mean. It looks like you used the fill in PS, and it's a little too obvious. But besides all that, I really like it, like I said before it's original, and that's hard thing to accomplish in anime style, since it's usually all the same. :) Great work and keep it up!

Thanks, yes i do use a mouse. but the blotchy your talking about would be the pen, it was hand drawn and scanned, and i only clean it up so much... or it would take years lol. And i do still need to work on cloths. The pants i coloured last not knowing what to do with them, as you saw, i like coloring skin alot more.

Firstly, I imagine the right side is cropped to allow for the detailed images. Otherwise, of course, it's badly balanced. The entire image is obviously unreal and was so intended. Thus the trouser textures are on a par - provided you are in technical control and your comments indicate your intrinsic skills were not deployed. Fair enough! The lower part of the picture is also subsidiary so shouldn't command too much attention from the viewer(s). I also quite like the hand-drawn traces. They are honest and show the process. Man and machine are still merging into a wholesome partnership. I hope some of this rambling makes sense.
