Glasswoek is always facinating not only for it's beauty and majesty, but also for the artists concept of his work and the talent involved. To have saved the beauty was exception on your part.

some people think you stole they souls when they are photography. I do not think glass art have a soul so you did not steal it. This looks super. wonder if they light up under uv light

I would use the word "Capturing" instead of "Stealing". This is the essence of photography - capturing the moment or the POV and sharing it with others. The colors and the lighting in this capture are superb.

Ha ha, art of art, I'm afraid your art is only derived from another's art, but these glassy creations are not to be compared with a 2D shot of it! So it's all different! Although countries like Japan handle it in a different way though. Gorgeous work, Leif! :)

Thank you very much for your very nice and wise comments, its highly appreciated! And youre right Richard, I completely forgot that one!.:-) and its very interesting Jock, your thoughts about the uv light! And to koby: thanks a lot for using the word capture in stead of stealing, its sounds much prettier that way, and thanks for your positive viewpoint! Best wishes to yall! Leif
