Description

Bryce / Poser / Photoshop / Wings3d The "man in the mirror" image is probably second only to the "sphere over water" in Bryce parlance....throw in the poser factor and it is probably only beaten by NVIATWAS. Still...wanted to see if I could do it in a single render rather than by actually using a mirror and masking. A couple glitches in there but overall liked the result. As always thanks for looking, voting, commenting etc.

I love this image. It really brings home the idea about how what's in the mirror is what we want to see in it.

WOW! This is quite intricate. I like the lighting, posing and texturing. That bathroom has some interesting fixtures and decor.

What this image tells me is that so manny people spend to much time looking at whats on the out side that they forget to see theres so much more to them on the inside great work.

Good idea and very nicely moved. The thoughts of the old man are to be seen clear. Light and the whole sphere are has an eye.

As everyone has said, the "see what we want to see" and "outer beauty" concepts etc, but what struck me was the obvious cues to the "fountain of youth" concept. "DRINK" carved either side of the basin jumped out at me. Nicely done!!!!!!!

This is excellent..! I haven't seen many "man in the mirror" images, so I'm not sure you're right about it being that common. (I made one too actually). The idea is great :)

Really incredible and impressive effort! I tried doing something like this once.. very difficult and mine was nowhere near as complex.. I studied this for quite a bit and couldn't detect any flaws.. Big time bravo for both a great piece of art and a monument to construction technique. Big thumbs up! Dave :^) V

absolutely incredible image, love the originality and creativity...and you pulled if off perfectly...I have been mulling over the same concept for a short while now, but don't think I could have done it as well as you have here...magnificent work!
