Hooodoggies!! Looks like a cooling tower of some kind. I hope those slats are adjustable. They should also be solar cells. I love the exotic look. Futuristic and retro.

Fantastic render!! Fantastic detail !!...although I cant imagine living in a hotel room, with cars passing under my balcony in some kind of tunnel (think about the noise)

I suppose the left of the picture is toward the south (if it's in the north emisphere, anyway toward the Sun's zenit). I also suppose the "venetians" (i.e. the panels forming the slits) are fixed (for economic reason). Then by having them not so sloped, but rather close to horizontal, You could achieve a pleasant view for the rooms, light in the early/late fresher hours, shadow in the noon. The warming should also be studied, for warm air flows toward the room should be avoided. Great model and image!
