Excellent work.. a very hard time of day and lighting and mood to capture in a work of Art. I love the trees in this one, but then again it's all perfect. :=)

Oh my, Ken. What can I say? You literally take my breath away with this piece. Such a story, such a heartbreaker. Bleak, desolate, foreboding yet romantic. This literally gives me butterflies in my stomach. I love this. The glowing waters remind me of a place I have seen in dreams. The cold, damp chill in the air is all too familiar. Are these by any chance the hprses of the same lovers at an earlier time as featured in "The Abbey"? Just a thought. :-) BEAUTIFUL! VOTE.

Great tree to the right! Excellent horses. The building lacks something. Maybe a bumpy texture or a special lighting. It just looks a bit lifeless IMHO. The rest is fantastic!

A beautiful piece of art work in low key, done so masterfully. I love the silhoette shapes of the staircase and winter trees that set the mood beautifully, Love the subtle details in the shadow areas and the horses, not to mention the fabulouse moon light. Having two horses intead of one gives it a wonderful sense of mystery Brilliant work!!!!! Always a joy to see your work V
