A symbiont who is neither implanted into a new host nor returned to their habitat (pools of nutrient-rich liquid on the Trill homeworld) will quickly die, as will a joined Trill host from whom the symbiont is removed after the first or second day." * * * * * With this post i'm showing off several new tricks i've learned recently for poser, including the creation of water (although it looks like oil here) with displacement maps and refraction/refleciton nodes as well as creating "atmosphere" which is where the white steamy stuff comes from. This one is also a chance to show off the freebie that Aery Soul (Awful Soul) is giving out to those who join and post the Aery Soul gallery (a sweet deal if you ask me). A final note: if the 'symbionts' look too yellow its becuase the stock texture they come with made them look too brown and essentially they looked like floating turds. Now they kind of look yellow turds... it's the one part of this post I don't like.
