Description

Nothin' real fancy, just a couple guitar pedals I made about 2 months ago. Have been messing with them on and off since, mostly I have been struggling with the metal texture in a few places, but I think I got that pretty much squared away now. The rest of the textures were scanned off the items themselves, and painted over in GIMP to clean them up or just painted form scratch. Floor image is from Mayang, tho its undergone a lot of reworking to make it tile-able and to add a spec/diffuse/bump map to it. Render is two area lights, and 17 passes AA. The top of the one on the left is an aliasing nightmare. Rendertime still only about 34 minutes tho. Poly count between 15k to 25k for each pedal. Wasn't worried about that, more concerned with having them able to be used closeup. They're frozen and optimized sub'd models. Kept in all quads or tri's tho, so I can subpatch them again if I were to want them for higher res. Lastly, wires, cause I like looking at wires. Enjoy and thanks for looking, comments and crits welcome.

That's really ultra-superrealism. Thanks for showing the model that demonstrates how decently you modeled these pedals!

Nice work but now I would think about scuffing the sides and maybe little chips on the paint work on the side to indicate some hard usage.
