Description

Vue 4.1. The bump map I chose from Vue's basic collection for the lakewater resulted in a "silky smooth" appearance and the ripple effect, which I found appealing. I may post another version of this with more realistic-looking water, but for now it's silky smooth ... Atmo is from deadhead's freebie pack.

A lake of liquid gold ! A great visual, except maybe for the horizon line "cuting" the picture in the middle A 1/3 - 2/3 ratio would have been perfect (in my own miserable point of view). Excellent job anyway !

Very nice image. I think the silky smooth water was as a result of blurred reflections. Check the water mat and see if this is so. If it is, then you can create silky smooth water using any water mat.
