Look behind you! Do you know what that is that you are seeing? May that be were your troubles and burdens are, behind you and and lost in the distance. If that are not yet there, let them soon be there behind you. If other troubles come let them pass you by in their haste to disappear behind you into the past. They will be gone and you will survive. Perhaps in hindsight, some of them won't look so bad after all, when they are behind you.
