Very strong and bold image. Very confronting too; I guess a lot of people rather not see images like this, because it questions our way of life and the way we look upon ourselves (self-satisfied and comfortable with the world around us). But it really is such a magnificent and unique capture of a begging and needing child. How can we respond? Well, we can just ignore it, as clearly most of us do...
