Description
This was was all hand painted in psp, then put through a bunch of filters in ultimateFx.

I think the colors are so well positioned in relationship to the design. My only complaint is the small size rhainne - I would have liked to feast my eyes on a much larger version. Nevertheless - it's a very striking image and certainly well done.
