what do you do when your prison population reaches 15%? (us in 20 years) Why, convert them to entertaining the masses of course. It worked for the Romans didn't it?

Very cool love the background and the character. As for entertainiment - I like the idea of the corporations taking over the penial system which would allow for such things to occur. Gee - once your in prison, you're no longer really a citizen. No voting rights - etc.
