Hello Everybody!!!!
Hope everyone's week has gone okay! We've been busy planting, planting, planting!!!! It's finally ALL done! Yeeaaaaahhhh!!!! And fairly soon, the bounty will come through and it will all be worth it!
Um, okay. On about the shot. Tuesday I had heard here & there that there was going to be an Lunar Eclipse. I had no idea what time or anything. Anyways, I know it was after 11p.m. central time when i took the pic. Had woken up and stepped outside for a smoke and noticed the moon was looking a little 'lopsided'. Of course, stepped in, grabbed my camera and this is what came out. I did no postwork on it whatsoever except resizing it, because I'm a tad stunned as to the way it looks! Although it's really cool! Looks to me that I "maybe" was able to capture it in the process.?!?

Nice one Velvet S I was thinking of grabbing a shot of the moon myself but decided against it...didn't think it would come out good enough, but you did a great job !

Wonderful capture, too bad it's overexposed and details got lost. It was too late here to watch it so I'mg lad to see you captured it anyway! :)

Girl.... are you telling me that we had a lunar eclipe on Tuesday and I missed it? SHIT!!!! I would've had my girlfriend & daughter outside staring at it and freezing their butts off. Darn it to hell!! Well, atleast one of us got to see it!! Thanks for sharing with us.
